This is an utterly charming 3-bedroom guesthouse. Six people can be comfortably lodged here. The Casa is just 350 yards from the sea. It is 3 blocks from the centre of town, so you have easy access to both the beach and the town square.
This is just the place those who want tranquility should go to. The whole atmosphere is so charming and quaint that you will find immense peace here. There are air-conditioners as well as ceiling fans in the rooms. The first floor has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower is on the main floor.
On the second floor, there is one room with a large double bed, a private bathroom and best of all, this room has a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea. The hospitality is such that the linen and towels are changed mid-week. There is a common living room which has a TV and the dining room provides bottled drinking water.
The kitchenette has all the basic kitchen ware that is required in case you want to dish up something yourself. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove and refrigerator complete the kitchen. You can really make yourself comfortable here. The owners are Martha and Andrés Uscanga.
The off season rates start from $45 per room, per night, inclusive of tax. You can rent the whole property for $600 per week without the air-conditioning; however, if you want to use the air-conditioners then your charge goes up to $720 per week.
