The Casa is a clean, modern, and quiet place. It is just a short walk from the beach, and not too far from the town. The managers are very friendly and warm, as are all the people in Puerto Morelos. The Casa offers one and two bedroom apartments with kitchens. The kitchens are well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, juicer stove with an oven, microwave, toaster, and blender.

Pots, pans and dishes complete the kitchen. Bottled water is available. Towels and linen complete the housekeeping list. There are large balconies or terraces where you can relax in peace and solitude. The living room is big and if you want, you can have a second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The sofa in the living room can fold out to form an extra bed. The verandah has an inviting hammock strung in it.

 Since the weather is tropical, it might get rather warm at times. Thoughtfully air-conditioners have been fitted and there are ceiling fans in every room. If you want to stay indoors, there is a TV and DVD/CD player in the suite. You can remain connected with your family and friends with the high speed wireless internet that is provided.

The rates are rather reasonable. For two persons the rates are $600 a week for the 1 bedroom suite, and $750 for the 2 bedroom suite. These rates are for the time period November 15 to April 30. From May 1 to November 15, the rates are $500 for the 1 bedroom and $650 for the 2 bedroom suites. A minimum stay of 5 nights is a requirement. The rates are subject to change.
